Phillip Coe, Jr.
Director of Community Relations
Phillip Coe, Jr. is a certified Chemical Dependency Counselor. He is the Director of Community Relations at Moore Counseling & Mediation Services, Inc. This organization provides Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to area businesses, facilitates counseling sessions, adolescent and adult substance abuse treatment, mediation services, and provides consultation services.
Phillip is currently a social work student at Cleveland State University where he is pursuing his degree in social work and later will obtain his masters to become a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in mental health and co-occurring disorders. He is also a certified mediator.
Phillip Coe Jr. facilitates the C.A.P. (Communication Awareness Program) under the leadership of Judge Lauren Moore. He also supervises case managers that work along with the Greater Cleveland Drug Court.
