Grief Recovery is an educational, or re-educational experience that teaches effective tools for dealing with unresolved grief. This action program enables its participants to move beyond loss by helping to discover and complete unfinished emotional business caused by death, divorce or any other significant emotional loss. The group will deal with concepts of grief, concepts of recovery, how incomplete loss occurs, grief recovery principles, identifying incomplete losses and moving beyond loss.
Classes are offered on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and will be held at the MCMS Conference Center located at 22639 Euclid Avenue, in Euclid, Ohio.
There is a small fee for the class; donations will be taken for childcare.
