In July 1997, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) introduced a new incentive program designed to assist employers with establishing a safer and more cost effective workplace.  The voluntary Drug Free Workplace Program encourages employers to detect and deter substance use and misuse, and take appropriate corrective action.

Our highly skilled, qualified staff are licensed and certified as Chemical Dependency Counselors through the State of Ohio and are Certified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's).  We are prepared to provide local organizations with supervisor and  employee training, as well as develop policies and procedures.  We have helped hundreds of companies with developing and implementing their drug free workplace programs.
